Fantastic new villa in a very quiet location near Gouvia village!
The supermarket and the restaurants of the area are just few minutes away with the car. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (aircon/sat tv/chromecast/fan/balcony).
The pool area with the BBQ and the kiosk is georgeous for evening BBQ cooking and the kids can play around the lawn and the gardens!
The exterior and the pool was cleaned everyday from the maintenance man of the property, early in the morning so he didn’t disturb our privacy.
A car is essential due to the remote but very close to everything, location.

What a wonderful villa, very modern and up to date, with an excellent pool and beautiful garden, positioned off the beaten track in a peaceful spot, but still close enough to amenities, with a supermarket 3km away and Corfu Town just 20-25 minutes (An easy journey as well).
The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed, literally. The owners had gone to the trouble of providing all the essentials for our arrival, including some wine and beers, which were very welcome. Not just that, but all manner of consumables were provided, including charcoal and lighters for the barbeque, washing powder, washing up liquid etc. It really made it easy for us to relax in to our holiday.
However, what really made this a great holiday was the support and attention we received from Vangelis and Stavros, nothing was too much trouble, they recognised that we were new to the area and assisted us with everything we asked. Of particular note was the recommendations given to us for restaurants and places to visit, these recommendations from local people were absolute gold dust and paid absolute dividends, far better than us trying to work out the best places to go in Corfu, Vangelis even booked them for us each day. But better than that, Vangelis also provided links to Google maps that I could use to easily navigate around the island and took away all the stress and anxiety about where to go and how to get there.
On top of all that Stavros even brought us some of his home grown organic tomatoes and peppers…very nice.
Another great aspect was the way in which they organised the car hire for us, so our group of 5 could have a small car (which suits the Corfu road), they took our cases to and from the airport for us (Escorting us to the villa as well on the way, which was welcome) . Nothing was too much trouble and Vangelis was always at the other end of a WhatsApp message if we needed him.
The communication before and during was excellent and Vangelis and Stavros were so accommodating, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, you will be well looked after.
The property is superb in every way, it is has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is lovely and is cleaned everyday which is another nice touch

Would highly recommend this villa and would defiantly stay again.
Honestly, the level of friendly service is outstanding. The house is very well maintained, equipped (kitchen, washing machine, bbq) and cleaned.
Daily cleaning of the pool in the morning, dry cleaned towels are provided and the whole house meets TÜV certified anti Corona measures.
Any questions were answered very quickly via WhatsApp. Additionally, well documented suggestions for restaurants, sites etc. were kindly provided prior to our arrival.
The villa is easy to find and the staff also met us personally to show us the route from Dassia and to Crossfit Corfu (10 minute drive).
In Summary: A+ , 5 Stars rental experience.
5 minute drive from Gouvia resort. Setting is tranquil. Views amazing.
If you want a little relaxing R&R, slightly off the beaten track, then book yourself some here.
